123 CBC, Inc. was founded in 2007 by Garrett Wadford, a licensed Florida building contractor based in Nocatee. Garrett built the company on a straightforward idea: treat every roof like it's going on his own property. That mindset has guided every project across Northeast Florida for nearly two decades.

Garrett brings a background that goes beyond roofing. As a licensed contractor and real estate developer, he understands how a roof affects a building's long-term value, not just its appearance. We work on all major roof types for both residential and commercial clients. On the residential side, that includes asphalt shingle, metal, tile, flat, and low-slope systems. We handle new installations, full replacements, re-roofing, and repairs on single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. For commercial clients, we install and service TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, and flat roofing systems, plus roof coatings and ongoing maintenance contracts for offices, retail centers, strip malls, and industrial buildings.
